A New Beginning
With a new year comes a lot of promises to do better in the coming year. I am definitely a believer in resolving to do better – no matter if on the new year or on a random Wednesday morning. If you want to be better, do better, and set goals for yourself then DO IT!
I am approaching 2018 in a way that I haven’t done before, with a steadfast resolve and an unwavering confidence. More than that, I am going into this new year with clear goals and an equally clear pathway to attain them.
The new look, focus, and intent of this website is in line with what I would like to do – share my journey.
I want to share farming, I want to share recipes, I want to share DIY projects, I want to share our absurd amount of dogs, I want to share goals. I want to SHARE.
A lot of my blog will be deeply personal, critical at times, but I will try to keep things light-hearted and fun. I do promise, though, to always be 100% real. In fact, one of my best friend’s might say – 200% real.
If you’re looking for a traditional down-to-earth homestead and/or farming blog, this isn’t it. I am not traditional. We are not a traditional homestead. We don’t have things all figured out nor do we want to give the illusion that we do. We’re people on a journey and we’re inviting you to come with.
Settle in and enjoy to ride.
